We are actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned sales leader to join our Inside Sales team to lead our Makers channel which specializes in working with wineries, breweries, and distilleries. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the management of an adept inside sales team, fostering and nurturing connections with a nationwide network of wineries, breweries, and distilleries. You will not only nurture existing relationships but also expand our customer portfolio within this specialized domain while leading a team toward exceptional sales performance and the attainment of revenue milestones through strategic and consultative sales methodology.

About The Role

• Spearhead, manage, and provide guidance to a dynamic team of inside sales representatives.
• Devise and execute growth-oriented strategies to drive optimal productivity.
• Skillfully acquire and oversee key accounts through adept application of consultative selling methodologies.
• Orchestrate seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the delivery of projects to the highest standards.
• Foster and nurture enduring client partnerships, consistently surpassing ambitious sales targets.
• Harness the potential of digital campaigns in strategic partnership with the Marketing team.
• Embody the role of a brand advocate while upholding meticulous accuracy in maintaining CRM records.

About You

• 5+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on growing and mentoring inside sales teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships to directly impact the growth of the company.
• A self-motivated entrepreneurial attitude with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively with a passion for developing top performers.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
