ABOUT THE ROLE…

True Alliance Finance team is looking for an energetic Finance team mate to join a strong team of 16 finance individuals that operate across 25 international brands within Australia and New Zealand.

The main focus of this role is to ensure that supplier invoices are processed for inventory, freight and duty with accordance to our standard accounting requirements, paid in time and reconciled back to the supplier’s statement. The role can work remotely and will suit someone who has prior experience in inventory payables processing or accounting. The role will give the candidate the opportunity to work within a finance team that is focused on digital transformation, enjoys learning best in class systems & processes and craves connection with team mates across the organisation.

The following will determine the success for any candidates apply for this role:

• Understand GRIR process in SAP
• A general understand of international supply chain and forex that impacts accounts payable
• Have previously worked in Accounts payable and preferably in international payables
• Previous experience with Concur/SAP will be highly regarded but not essential
• Articulate verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to your work
• Unconditionally high standards of customer service delivery, both face-to-face as well as over video conference
• Team player with a ‘can do attitude’
• A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude
• Willingness to learn and embrace change
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment
• Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia
