Job Title: Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Recruiting for a variety of career levels and departments throughout the organization
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the process
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics
• Develop and maintain diverse applicant pools.
• Follow-up with applicants regarding their applicant status
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experienced in handling delicate situations with professionalism

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (Telecommunication industry preferred)
