We are looking for an outgoing, analytical agent who takes pride in measurable results and thrives on detail, timeliness, and creative problem-solving. Like us, you embrace change and have a passion for growth.
Your day to day job would include calling out to obtain verifications of employment, taking inbound calls regarding our clients’ recruits, as well as updating and maintaining customer accounts with accurate, complete, and detailed information.

Qualifications:
2+ years experience as a SaaS Customer Support preferred
University or College Degree from an accredited institution
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Time Management Skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Goal-Oriented Focus
Willingness to Learn
Criminal Record Check
Bonus: Ability to fluently speak French
Responsibilities:
Must have patience and attentiveness in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and electronically file documents
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
Go the extra mile to engage customers and create genuine relationships
