TruckECM is the leading and specialized company dedicated to repair and sell Engine Control Modules (ECMs) to help our customers (Truck owners and mechanics) get back on the road! We are a group of Electrical Engineers specialists on Detroit, Caterpillar and Cummins Diesel Engines computers. We provide a very unique and well known service required by all trucking business.

We are looking for a very positive, motivated and productive individual, who is responsible and capable of expanding our business to help the customers who need our services.

Our Purpose: To create a wonderful customer service experience and keep our customers trucking!

Candidates must be able to:

• Organize and supervise the team.
• Manage and Lead by example.
• Provide Customer Support and be the face of the company.
• Ensure cash management & inventory procedures are completed accurately.
• Communicates Effectively both in person and via email to all team members to ensure that the team is all on the same page.
• Help in the Marketing campaigns to attract new customers by developing and implementing specials and events to be communicated to our marketing team.
• Assists in recruiting and retaining staff. As well as ensuring that the shop is staffed to properly to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Be able to backup any position in the company to not have any stops when delivering our services.
• Focused on being a team player.
• Since over 60% of our customers speak Spanish, the candidate must be Bilingual: English and Spanish.
