TruBlu HR Solutions,LLC Hiring for Credentialing Coordinator at Spring Full Time

TruBlu HR Solutions is experiencing amazing growth and needing to add another dynamic person to our team.

We are currently looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to provide support to a fast-paced recruiting team. The Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining active status for all providers by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will be flexible and have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Nursing and Allied Health professional credentials per Company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all parties and departments are informed concerning the progress of the applications.
• Tracks information expiration and communicate with employees to ensure currency of licenses and records.
• Credentialing files for accurateness.
• Maintains knowledge of the Credentialing Department Policies and Procedures, regulatory standards, and State and Federal Laws.
• Assists with all other activities related to credentialing and re-credentialing.
• Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• Energetic, Positive Attitude, Charismatic Personality
• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience or internship experience, Prefer experience in a Credentialing/Compliance or HR role.
• Previous use and maintenance of Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking and prioritization skills
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Experience in a medical/healthcare setting is a plus.
