We are experiencing tremendous growth and we are seeking an experienced recruiter to assist with positions in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in either a agency or corporate environment recruiting for administrative, sales and executive roles. This position offers the option of working remotely. Here is an overview of the role:

• Work directly with hiring managers to build the ideal candidate profile
• Partner with company managers and executives to deliver efficient and effective recruitment strategies including sourcing, creating a strong pipeline of potential candidates, and responding to urgent requisitions
• Conduct phone comprehensive phone and virtual interviews to ensure qualifications are met and submit candidate overviews to hiring managers
• Vet and narrow candidate selection, drafting accurate candidate profile/overview for hiring manager(s)
• Coordinate/schedule phone and in-person interviews with the hiring manager(s)
