Tropical Land Design is a Florida Land Development company specializing in land clearing, excavating, land leveling, grading, GPS surveying, design, & storm water management.

We are hiring Heavy Equipment Operators / Farm Tractor Drivers for laser leveling farm fields.

Job responsibilities include:

• Following Supervisor instructions involving the operation of farm equipment or heavy equipment
• Perform safe operation of Tractor, Disc, Cultivator, Scraper, & Box blade
• Perform general labor tasks, light mechanics
• Perform daily equipment inspection
• Experience with GPS and laser guided equipment or precision agriculture
• Be willing to work 50 – 60 hours per week
• Overtime pay
