About The Role

Reporting into the Lead People and Culture Business Partner and working closely with the greater People and Culture team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment in the business. As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will work to streamline processes and operational efficiencies within the broader talent scope, from strategic sourcing through to the onboarding. You will establish and maintain genuine quality relationships throughout all levels of the business to understand their hiring needs now and into the future. You will focus on candidate care and ensure their experience with the brand is exceptional on every occasion.
Day to day you will:

• Live the mission and values of the brand consistently while representing the business in the market.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, strategically sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & reference checking.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop talent strategies and best practice recruitment processes.
• Support greater People and Culture projects around D&I, EVP and others.

About You

You will be an experienced Talent professional with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes. Your can-do attitude will ensure you contribute to the business positively and influence those around you to do the same. Adapting to change will come naturally as you actively seek continuous improvement of processes. You will understand how your decisions impact the business and be confident influencing and managing stakeholders with competing priorities at all levels.
You will also have:

• Strong recruitment experience and understand how to find talent in this tight market.
• Great attention to detail and professional communication with the ability to place emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Hold demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing strategies and developing talent pipelines.
• Exposure to EVP and D&I from a Talent perspective.
