As part of a dynamic team, you will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries
• Enter customer information accurately into the database
• Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives and track results
• Make outbound assurance calls to customers
• Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and complaints
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of customer service and call-taking experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Teams
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School degree or equivalent

Desired Skills:

• Professional phone manner, especially with stressed customers
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Highly organized and efficient

Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexible weekday hours
