Title of Position: HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages the enforcement of policies and practices relating to all functional areas
of Human Resources including: compensation, employee relations, benefits,
training, employment law, workers compensation administration, recruiting and
selection.
Prepares monthly s and directs all department special projects.
Maintains employee records.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Seven years of experience in HR and Payroll field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Requires knowledge of principles and practices of HR and payroll
• processing.
• Experience with Palocity.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communications.
• Available to travel 10% of the time.

Term: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $85K -$95K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
