Working as a Full Stack Software Developer the candidate will work on a variety of development tasks in a growing organization and focus on our Web-based application for the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation industry (NEMT). Our focus continues to be around creating powerful, yet easy to use browser-based products. This is a great job in a growing market to become a key team member!

Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES

TripSpark Medical is looking for an experienced software developer to join our Agile team to:

Write high quality, performant, secure and maintainable code.

Effectively debug existing code, regardless of who originally wrote it.

Offer input into the design process, including with specifications and process improvements.

Create unit tests, feature notes and documentation for implemented features.

Follow coding conventions and standards outlined by the team leader/manager.

Undertake professional development activities to keep up with the latest technologies and new methods of implementation and then use them in TripSpark’s software solutions.

LEADERSHIP

Help with the onboarding and training of new team members.

Act as a mentor to less experienced developers.

Review the code of other developers for efficiency, design, structure, and testability.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a full-time software developer

Strong C++ knowledge

Familiarity with C#

Strong knowledge and understanding of principles related to Object Oriented Analysis and Design

An understanding of web development with experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Familiarity with working in an Agile environment

Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

Excellent communication skills working internally and with customers

Self-motivated with strong energy and drive!

Ability to produce quality work in a timely manner

Passionate about technology

Nice to Have Qualifications

Familiarity with the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation industry

Familiarity with Jira

Familiarity with data security concepts
