We are looking for an expert Influencer Marketing Manager focused on Performance approach to develop and execute all KOL’s related marketing initiatives. Sucessful candidate’s duties will include identifying new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with current and new influencers, creative and engaging content development, ideas brainstorming for influencer campaigns. As a plus will be deep experience in working with different social media platforms.

Sucessful candidate need to have solid experience in digital marketing and in-depth understanding of the social media and influencer landscape in Brazil. Google Analytics usage, clear ing development including sales correlarions as mast.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry or tech field in general.
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian tech industry landscape, key influencers, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade influencers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and preformance marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

What you will do::


• Develop and implement a comprehensive influence marketing strategy to increase Practicum visibility and attract potential students to the bootcamp.
• Identify, research, and evaluate relevant influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders in the tech space, both locally and nationally, to form partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication, outreach, and personalized engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute impactful content, including blog posts, social media campaigns, videos, and other creative materials to promote the bootcamp.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and track the effectiveness of influence marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align influence marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
• Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and performance agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled on time.
