Role
TripleLift is hiring a full-cycle Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team as we expand into the UK and European markets. In this role, you’ll source, screen, interview, and close candidates in various departments across the company. You’ll have full exposure to senior leadership, filling mission critical reqs, and significantly impacting the continued growth of our business.
Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a first-class candidate experience
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to generate high-quality and diverse talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and team leads to develop recruitment strategies
• Proactively target high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach, and networking
• Interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill set, guide them through the interview process, conduct reference checks, and make salary recommendations
• Drive a successful offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Experience in recruiting at a high growth company
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques
• Proven ability to solve problems with a resourceful approach at all stages of hiring process
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another ATS
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward, while also working fast under pressure
• Desire to learn and build on your craft
• Appetite for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic, while also having fun
