Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) for our family-owned steel distributor company, you will be a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for driving organizational change, providing executive coaching, and overseeing all aspects of HR operations. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective change management strategies, executive coaching, managing payroll and benefits, leading the HR team, handling union relations, and optimizing HR systems to support the company’s growth and success.
