Senior Information Manager 

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Information Manager to this Major Civil Engineering Contractor working from Head Office, Preston, Lancashire .

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced information Manager to join the company working from Head Office in Preston, Lancashire.

Skills & Experience:

You will be self-motivated with a pro-active approach and have experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Problem solving, communication and good interpersonal skills are a key requirement for this role.

The candidate will also ideally have the following experience/skill set:

• Extensive construction experience

• Academic qualification up to Level 4 or above.

• A keen interest in Information Production processes such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

• Previous experience of working with Common Data Environments preferred

• Have some experience of working on BIM Level 2 projects in a Task Team leadership role

• Good communicator and team player

• Assertive with a “can do attitude”

• Self-motivated and Proactive

• Effective use of Initiative

• Willing and able to travel/drive to the various projects
