Senior Design Manager – Civil Engineering – Preston

We are currently looking for an experienced civil engineering senior design manager to join our team. 

The company specializes in large scale civil engineering projects in the areas of Water, Environmental Protection, large scale Marine Projects as well as Infrastructure.The design manager will liaise between the designers and the site teams to look at and come up with solutions and build-ability. 

You will ideally be degree qualified in civil engineering and have charter ship status as the role will entail be able to question design and being able to suggest solutions and cost savings as well as value engineering. The role may be suitable for someone who is doing a similar role currently or someone who wishes to transfer from site to a more technical role but who understands design procedure.
