The Role

We are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to join our work winning team. Within the company the Bid Manager is akin to a Project Manager, the project is the tender and a successful project is a tender which meets the business expectations and which the client wants us to deliver.

We’re looking for individuals who have a track record of delivering successful tenders in civil engineering, or a comparable sector.

Who want to develop their career making a direct contribution to the success of the business.

Who have the experience and skills to lead the team to develop the optimum commercial, technical and quality submission.

Who are proven problem solvers, with great communication and people management skills.

Who can train and mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the ongoing development of the way we do things.

Who can communicate complex issues simply and are able to present tenders at board level to secure sign off.
