TriPeak is a boutique provider of outsourced CFO / COO / CCO / Operations / Controller services to a private equity funds and operating businesses. We provide a white glove, turn-key service to our clients which requires our team to have a very broad skill set as well as a very client-friendly attitude.
We’re looking to add to our team with candidates that:
This a “long-term, part-time” role (~15-30 hours / week) as a “1099 Consultant”, although a full-time role with benefits may possible for the right candidate over time. The work is fully remote, and mostly flex time, with weekly team calls during normal business hours. We expect 1-2 hours of work daily, but the remaining time can be shifted across the week. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in various parts of private equity fund finance and operations to remain professionally engaged while having flexibility about when, where, and how much they want to work. We are a very entrepreneurial, technology-forward and process-oriented organization, and we are looking for like-minded people to help with the build-out of our platform as we grow. As our clients are often start-up businesses and first-time funds, applicants should have a very flexible and entrepreneurial attitude and be willing to take on any task presented to them.
Weekly tasks can cover a wide variety of areas, depending on client demand and your particular skill set. Some areas we cover include:
Our hiring process usually includes answering some written questions, virtual meetings, samples of written materials (including our informal application / questionnaire), reference checks and a full background check. The job is remote work and requires team calls no more than thee hours a week. You can be located anywhere that you can get a good internet connection and sync up with our EST / CST time zone a few hours a week.
We have 3-day in-person “meet-ups” every 3-4 months across the US, and you will need to be able to travel to those meetings (we pay all travel expenses).
Applicants must be located in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and have English as their first (or very fluent second) language.
Compensation is on an hourly basis, related to your skill set and experience, and competitive with the market. We’re growing quickly and a full-time role with benefits could be possible over time.
