Client/Job Title: PCC at SMG Neuroscience Institute – Issaquah

Overall Client Pitch:

• Neurosurgery is the largest outpatient Neurology group in the NW! This role is servicing their neuro clinics – they have 3 different specialty suites within cherry hill.

Client is launching new phone system through Genesis. Needs skilled phone/customer service candidate.

Average Day:

checking in patients taking co-pays and confirming demographic information

Scheduling follow-up appts

Prior auths

Answering incoming calls

Scheduling appts

EPIC scheduling

Will help out in medical records as well, needs to be flexible to help where needed!

Must Haves

Excellent customer service!

High attention to detail!!

Nice to Have:

Experience with Genesis phone system and most importantly EPIC!!
