We are looking for a self-starter, who is willing to work hard, has a smile on their face, and is excited to jump right in. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident and comfortable receiving customer complaints and resolving customer issues, whether it’s a billing issue, a shipping issue or any other customer concern. You will also need to be able to use the various company websites to quickly find answers and provide quotes for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer’s questions.
• Provide customers with relevant information.
• Take orders from customers.
• Communicate with other departments about customer orders and inquiries.
• Inform customers about order status.

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
