About This Position:
This role is the key component in organizing, facilitating, monitoring and following up on the company’s onboarding programs, procedures and processes for both transitioning and newly hired employees. In addition, this position will be responsible for preparing reports, making recommendations and interpreting policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of one year of experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a related HR Role
- Prior iCIMS experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail required
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check and drug screening
