Trinity Real Estate Solutions, Inc Hiring for VP New Construction Loan Administration Job at Remote Full Time

Serve as the company’s senior leader for Trinity Loan Administration, LLC. Oversee all aspects of service delivery to customers as well as the long-range service vision that will proactively position Trinity as the leading new construction loan administration company for residential new construction and renovation loans (some light commercial). This position guides a team who handles a construction loan after loan closing through construction to eventually obtain a certificate of occupancy. This team also provides pre-closing services including Builder/Contractor Background research and Collateral Assessment Reports (review contracts, budget, appraisal), both used to underwrite a construction loan. This position conducts webinars for customers and industry, serves as a consultant to customers, and assists in sales call and the expect for construction lending.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
