Trinity Green Services, LLC (TGS) is looking to immediately fill a full-time position

Our full-time opportunity is for an Accounting Associate. The position is responsible for preparing and submitting AIA billings, work order invoices, and purchase orders, processing weekly field crew payroll, and coding corporate credit card transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 – $45,000

Primary Job functions:

The general responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare daily invoices for project work submitted for billing from operations
• Maintain and process scheduled, recurring project invoices
• Mail, email, and upload invoices to customers having unique submittal requirements
• Request purchase orders from select customers in support of invoices to be submitted
• Create lien waivers associated with billings in accordance with client specifications
• Create forty (40) or more billings in AIA G702 and G703 payment formats with unique due dates per month
• Communicate and discuss AIA-format billings with clients as required
• Request change orders from clients as needed to support work items to be included on the AIA billings
• Enter work item price lists and schedules of value into the company’s Sage Intacct accounting software to match monthly submitted AIA billings
• Request Certificates of Insurance from the company’s insurance broker based on client-specific requirements
• Process weekly payroll for the company’s field crews
• Send corporate credit card transaction activity reports to managers, code credit card transactions, and upload card transactions into the company’s accounting system weekly
• Assist other TGS teams as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Expected Qualifications and Skills:

• Three to Five years of relevant business experience
• Prior knowledge of AIA billing
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Adobe or other PDF software; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

• Prioritize and schedule time efficiently

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Additional:

At the present time, the position involves working remotely. Future conditions may require the work to be conducted from the company’s corporate offices.

The salaried position includes Paid Time Off (PTO) including federal holidays, access to a health insurance program, a company Health Savings Account, a company-provided PC, and reimbursement for any work-related mileage on a personal vehicle.
