Job Description:

As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

-Sourcing, recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing, and placing candidates for all medical positions through a wide variety of channels for a wide variety of clients.

-Researching and developing ads for positions generated by the sales team

-Maintaining ongoing communication with clients to take job orders, set up interviews, do follow up and build lasting relationships.

-Counseling or terminating employees as needed

Preferred Skills:

-Typing speed of 45-50 wpm

-Good administrative skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Able to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines

-Staffing or other recruiting experience of 2+ years

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
