Trinity Building and Designs Hiring for Experienced Skid Steer Operator at Cape Coral, FL Full Time

Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy looking for a residential Skid Steer Operator for land clearing, site prep, and site clean-up. Individuals MUST have a valid/clean driver’s license and preferably 2 years of experience. Assist with additional labor duties on the site.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Skid Steer to complete daily construction objectives.
• Read and understand site and septic plans.
• Coordinate machine actions with other job site activities through hand or audio signals from crew members.
• Understand the operations and limitations of the equipment; perform daily evaluations to ensure safety and maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Valid/Clean driver’s license CDL Class A.
• Operator experience: 4yrs.
• Reliable transportation to work.

Pay: $22-$26
