Love a great game of chess? Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy is looking for a Dispatching Scheduler to help support our growing, fast paced business. The Dispatching Scheduler will work closely with a team of schedulers coordinating, ordering and ensuring proper delivery of materials for construction projects.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can take into account multiple tactical possibilities to achieving completion of a project and pivot when your opponent (weather, delayed vendors etc.) threatens to disrupt your strategy. This candidate must have exceptional communication, mathematical and organizational skills with the ability to Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite is required. Working knowledge of Apple products preferred. BuilderTrend knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Produce materials list on a daily basis and order accordingly.
• Accurately schedule trade partners for jobs.
• Maintain accuracy of BuilderTrend schedules, ensuring completed items are checked off on correct dates and future items are scheduled on the correct dates.
• Maintain accurate log of material deliveries for billing purposes.
• Request and schedule inspections.
• Constant communication with department Managers, Operators, and Trade Partners regarding updates to projects.
• Answering incoming calls; ensuring information is communicated properly and timely to proper parties.

Pay: $16 – $20
