Position Overview:

The marketing associate plays a critical role in increasing the firm’s profile and brand by executing against Trimont’s global marketing and communications strategy, under direction of the senior director of marketing and public relations. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll have a front row seat to learn all aspects of the business and interact with multiple stakeholders on a regular basis. You’ll work on engaging projects and each day will be different.

In this role, you can expect to assist in executing initiatives and strategies across a range of channels, including digital, content creation, internal communications, branding and client/prospect presentations and marketing materials. This role is a key contributor in driving brand awareness and will also support the graphic design needs of the company for internal and external communications.

This role is hybrid working in the Atlanta, GA office a minimum of three days per week.

Principal Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing strategies and tasks, supporting a global team of subject matter experts

• Assist in maintaining digital marketing channels including company website, email marketing and social media
• Utilize graphic design skills to create branded content, including internal and external marketing materials, email marketing, and sales presentations
• Support content marketing and thought leadership strategy. Research and identify areas for content across the business in multiple formats, i.e., case studies, blog posts, social media and sales collateral to drive engagement.
• Provide support for client services and the various business lines in the coordination and production of all client/prospect presentations, proposals, sales collateral and other client-facing branded materials
• Drive brand standards to create high-quality and consistency of Trimont’s professional image in all internal/external communications, proposals, and other related collateral
• Assist in managing internal communications efforts including updating the intranet, company newsletter and drafting internal announcements
• Plan and manage global conference and event calendar, handling logistics and marketing for events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field of study
• 2-5 years of marketing/creative experience with digital marketing, content creation and branding
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to take a project from conception to completion
• A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently.
• Excellent presentation, communications and writing skills
• Excellent people skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, teammates and external partners
• Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus Canva
• Graphic design and video editing skills
• An understanding of commercial real estate transactions and industry terms preferred
