Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, create models and production drawings using Solidworks.
• Engage with vendors to perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
• Create inspection procedures.
• Perform first article inspections.
• Create test protocols.
• Perform product testing.
• Maintain Design History Records and engineering data for FDA submissions.
• Support 510K submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree- Mechanical Engineering or BioMedical Engineering (preferred)
• Proficiency in Solidworks
• Hands on experience in machining.
• Ability to work independently

Working Conditions

This position works in an office environment. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit.

Physical Requirements

Works in an office environment sitting for long periods of time. Some travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
