The Talent Acquisition Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing pipelines and sourcing candidates for a wide range of positions, including Sales and Service Technicians nationwide. This is a very fast paced position that includes the opportunity to participate in special projects as the Talent Acquisition function continues to grow. Why would you be interested in this position? Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Develop search strategies, sourcing internal and external candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening to identify qualified candidates
• Sourcing candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, as well as online resources including social media and professional resources
• Build and maintain an effective pipeline to find qualified candidates
• Collaborate and build relationships with company leaders and hiring managers to understand expectations and hiring needs
• Advises hiring mangers throughout the process and maintains communication with key stakeholders
• Communicates proactively and consistently with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Provide full cycle recruiting; managing the recruitment process from beginning to end
• Strategically partner with hiring managers to direct recruiting initiatives and coordinate the interview process
• Schedule and conduct detailed phone interviews with appropriate candidates to discuss the opportunity and gain a high-level understanding of their skills and qualifications

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes recruiting and special projects
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Strong computer proficiency: strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Word
• Strong knowledge of the recruiting process and applicable legal requirements

Education & Experience

Education:

• Four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years previous recruitment experience
• Experience with iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SkillSurvey, and Predictive Index is highly preferred
