Fast paced specialty cleaner looking for a Call Centre Customer Service Representative to work out of our North York facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in timely manner
• Identify clients needs, clarify information research every issue and provide solutions
• Keep detailed records of conversations in our database
• Scheduling pick up and deliveries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Proficient working with Microsoft excel
