Trillium Spine Center Hiring for Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Mississauga, ON Full Time

We are a neurosurgeon-led center providing multi-disciplinary spine care from clinical assessment, rehabilitation services, interventional imaging based spinal injections, EMG/NCS, minimally invasive to complex spine surgeries.

Our team consists of Neurosurgeons, Neurologists, Physiatrists, Pain Specialists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists.

The successful candidates will Friendly and Personable more than anything. The job entails:

– Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner

– Answer phones, deal with patient’s questions and check messages and return calls in a timely manner

– Process incoming referrals, contact patients and schedule appointments

– Collect insurance information for direct billing and submit claims daily

– Collect payment from the patients and provide them with invoices after each visit.

– Maintain an organized, clean and confidential work environment.

– Work as a team member along side of the other allied healthcare providers and 3 additional admin staff.

– Knowledge of Accuro, EPIC, Telus healthcare, Jane app is an asset.

Monday to Thursday 11am-7pm

Saturday 8am-4pm

Sunday – Future availabilty for 8am-4pm
