As a Director, Commercial Sales you will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for Commercial Sales Managers and their direct s, ultimately furthering the growth of our organization. What You’ll Do:

• Forecast performance based on team productivity
• Hire, oversee, and train a team of Commercial Sales Managers
• Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success
• Develop and monitor effective outbound prospecting strategies to increase customer acquisition
• Evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement and surface best-practices
• Provide regular and accurate revenue forecasting to your leadership team
• Cross-collaborate with stakeholder departments to actualize on go-to-market strategies, develop training curriculum, and meet hiring goals

Who You Are:

• Experienced in 6+ years of hi-tech, cycle direct sales
• Able to accurately forecast team performance
• Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management
• Proven in overseeing an first-line managers in all areas of the sales cycle
• Customer-centric with a strong track record of developing satisfied customers
• Successful in working cross-functionally, leveraging strong organizational and time management expertise
