The ASO Team Leader is a well-rounded individual who works well with a diverse group of corporate managers, supervisors, and employees.

Job Summary:
Optimize safety/security perception while providing a secure and welcoming experience for client employees and guests.

Essential Duties/Tasks:

• Manage Team Members and assign tasks effectively.
• Observe and all security-related situations to the appropriate authority.
• Be prepared to take the lead on the following tasks:
• Executive Protection
• Penetration Tests
• Observation Posts
• Site Security
• Event Security
• Assist the Operations Manager with any client-specific needs.
• Create and distribute s to update the client and the company on the team’s progress.
• Build relationships and engage with the Seattle Campuses and external partners.
• Respond to safety/security concerns regarding client employees.
• Collaborate with the Crisis Management team to perform quarterly site assessments.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 years of honorable military experience with emphasis at a special operations command or Peace Officer Standards & Training Certification with Law Enforcement experience.

Required License/Certifications:

• Possess/maintain a valid Washington driver’s license.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Keen sense of situational awareness.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Remain calm and collected under stressful conditions.
• The ability to take direction and execute.
• Confidence when taking the initiative to solve problems.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience with the following programs:
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Google Maps / Apple Maps

Working Environments/Physical Requirements:

• Physically capable of moving fast and traveling distances of 2+ miles on foot.
• Work in different environments and terrains, as well as frequent travel around the client property.
• Work outside, regardless of weather conditions.
• Lift up to 70lbs.
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

ing Structure & Classification:

• The ASO Team Leader is a 1099 independent contractor position that s directly to the Trident Operations Manager.

Compensation:

• ASO Team Member, $50/hour.
• ASO Team Leader, $62.50/hour after a successful evaluation period with our site manager.
• Overtime as required by state law.
• Time and a half for company approved holidays.
