TriCab USA Hiring for Electrical Engineer at Worcester, MA Full Time

Full-time, Monday – Friday

TriCab USA Inc. is a fast growing cable manufacturer located in Worcester MA, headquartered out of Australia. We are expanding our production and are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer.

What you can bring to us:

• Design, manufacture and delivery of high-qulaity cabling products and solutions for a wide range of industry and market segements
• Create cable designs using specialized software (CableBuilder), product specifications and drawings.
• Perform advanced electrical calculations and analysis relating the cable requirements/ performance under different installation methods, environments, and applications.
• Provide specialist technical support to sales, production team and customers.
• Ensure that all products exceed the quality requirement stipulated in the relevant standards such as in AS/NZS, IEC, IEEE, UL, ASTM, etc.
• Design, develop, and supervise the installation, operation and maintenance of equipment, machines and systems for the distribution, utilisation and control of electric power.
• Understanding of cost/benefit analysis including volume requirements for profitability of product designs.
• Evaluate and propose innovative ideas for new products and product enhancements.
• Responsible for third party (DNV, ABS, LR, BV, CSA, etc) submittals.
• Belief in producing a quality product
• A great attitude and willingness to learn!
• Attention to detail is a must!!!
