Tribus is growing and we are looking for Recruiters to join the “Tribe”.

Our partnership approach lets us learn about our clients, their projects, and challenges, and as an extension of their team, we connect software, product, and data professionals to deliver exceptional results.

You will

• Head hunt and screen candidates using a range of sources including; Vincere (CRM), LinkedIn, job boards, and meet-ups.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Business develop into existing and new organisations.
• Build your brand on LinkedIn to help shape your reputation in the market and generate inbound leads.
• Be a specialist within your vertical market.
• Submit candidates to organisations and manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain Vincere and update candidate and client records.
• Make placements and celebrate your success.
• Earn commission!

Requirements

• We welcome individuals without recruitment experience but prefer candidates with a background in sales. Additionally, those with 1-2 years of recruitment experience from any sector are encouraged to apply.
