Tribus Health is part of Tribus Group and is rapidly growing.

We launched the health arm of the business at the end of 2023 and are partnering with a large number of clients in Allied Health.

Our partnership approach lets us learn about our clients, and as an extension of their team, we connect them with health professionals.

We are looking for people who want to be part of a high-performing team to help make a difference.

You will

• Head hunt and screen candidates using a range of sources including; Vincere (CRM), LinkedIn, job boards, and meet-ups.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Business develop into existing and new organisations.
• Build your brand on LinkedIn to help shape your reputation in the market and generate inbound leads.
• Be a specialist within your vertical market.
• Submit candidates to organisations and manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain Vincere and update candidate and client records.
• Make placements and celebrate your success.
• Earn commission!

Requirements

• 2 years of agency recruitment experience and a track record of business development.
• Align with our values.
• Career-driven.
• Based in Sydney, Australia
• Visa – must have full working rights (PR or Citizen)
