TRIBES Hiring for United Kingdom Full Time
Join a TRIBES Bootcamp
We invite you to join our two month programme (comprising of eight weekly meetings). Specifically designed for you and other likeminded men. Here you will form your own Tribe, an independent circle of men, a brotherhood bonded by shared values, interests and experience.
During the initial eight meetings you will:
- take part in meaningful activities to support personal growth, mindfulness & friendship;
- develop skills of discipline, listening, awareness, feedback and conflict resolution;
- learn to recognize and get better in tocuh with your emotions; and
- set & achieve goals.
WHEN?
- Meetings will start in February 2023.
- Once a week (6.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. GMT).

Meeting Format
Remotely via Zoom and occasionally face-to-face.
Price
The total price of the two month Bootcamp is £95 per participant[1] (that‘s just £3.95 per hour).

Men who decide to stay in the TRIBE circle can choose to become members of the TRIBES community (membership fee options start from £6/month).
Members:
- Will receive all the support they need to keep their TRIBE going. We know that maintaining the quality and depth of meetings is no easy task. Therefore the core Tribes team is on hand to offer both support and guidance. They will be in touch whenever needed to provide in-depth advice to the representative of your TRIBE or when necessary the TRIBE as a whole.
- In addition the TRIBES community provides an open forum for all members. Where they are free to discuss topics, share information, offer help and make new friends.
- By becoming a member you have the opportunity to be part of a growing community of English speaking men who seek to live emotionally fulfilling, noble and meaningful lives.
After the Bootcamp you will have the chance to make your decision to join. There are several monthly membership plans available which start from as little as £6/month. If at any point of your journey you do not feel satisfied with TRIBES or do not want to support the movement, membership can be cancelled at any time.

Commitment.
Selected participants attend all TRIBES Bootcamp meetings on time.
The selection process will start once you have completed the application form.
The TRIBES Bootcamp typically consist of six to ten men. We will aim to place together who share common interests and are of similar age, yet being different enough to learn from each other.
Firstly we invite you to fill out a detailed questionnaire. This helps us determine the kind of men you’d best get along with. Once we have reviewed your form we will make check up call with you remotely. During the chek up call we will discuss your motivations for joining and establish whether you’d benefit from joining TRIBES.
Next, we will form your TRIBE circle, and select the others who will join you as part of the Bootcamp. The circle will typically consist of six to ten men who will share similar life experiences, interests, and are of roughly the same age. Here we are looking for a balance. Where, in each TRIBES circle, men should be similar enough to get along, but at the same time different enough to be able to learn from one another.
