Tribal Spirit Music Hiring for General Labourer (leather work, crafter-bilingual french/english speaking) Full Time

Tribal Spirit is an Indigenous family owned business, working out of our house. We have been in business for 22 years and have 19 employees. We specialize in gathering moose and deer hides during the hunting season and then transforming it into leather and rawhide for clients (mostly) within the Native community across North America. We are looking to train someone to work with leather/rawhide and to help with our production. We are very busy, motivated and energetic team. The candidate must be physically fit, strong and quick in energy. We are often busy so the candidate needs to be enjoy a fast passed work environment. We are committed to creating a positive, creative and inspiring work environment. We choose to work (mostly) four day weeks because we understand that lifestyle and work time needs to be balanced. We offer 4 weeks paid vacation in second year of employment. We work Mondays to Thursdays: 8 – 4:30. Candidate must live within easy commuting distance to Sainte Agathe des Monts. No smoking or vaping.
