Tribal Group Hiring for Junior Software Support Engineer Job at Sheffield, England Full Time

We currently have a rare opportunity to join our Customer Support Team who support our ebs software solution which is deployed in colleges globally. The team are based in Sheffield, but you can work in a Hybrid fashion, spending some time in office and some time at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective and professional management of customer incidents via telephone, e-mail, website and user groups
• Provide an excellent customer experience by maintaining regular contact with Customers
• Ensuring effective time management and control of your support tickets
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and associated services.
• Understand and promote good practice of our products and services.
• Actively contribute to continuous service improvement, including making recommendations on internal processes and product design/usage
• Contribute to supporting high-quality documentation, e.g. FAQs, Helpsheets, User Notes

You do not need previous experience in a Software Support role, but you do need to understand what great customer services looks like and be passionate about technology! It is important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as liaising with customers is a core element of the role. Candidates who will excel in this role will have the ability to explain technical problems effectively and constructively in a way that can be easily understood by others.
