Tribal Group Hiring for Junior Professional Services Consultant Job at Sydney Full Time

Tribal create, build, and deliver a range of world-class technology-based products and services that help our education, learning and training customers to deliver excellence. We are currently recruiting a number of Junior Professional Services Consultants to join our global Professional Services team. The role will contribute to the team’s goal through delivery of consultancy and implementation services to Tribal customers, building a strong knowledge-base and expertise in Tribal software, and consolidating knowledge and experiences within the team to enhance customer success, and to continually improve Tribal services.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Knowledge

• Understand the relevant education sector and the student lifecycle, alongside project delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Continually develop skill sets in relevant Tribal products.

Implementation

• Deliver high quality training and consultancy.
• Attend onsite and remote meetings with customers to understand and document their requirements.
• Complete system configuration activities according to an agreed specification.
• Thoroughly test and document developed functionality, prior to delivery to customers.

Internal Services

• Establish and maintain good internal relationships with other areas of the business.
• Create data and test scripts for acceptance test purposes and internal testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation associated with implementation services, e.g. training guides, installation notes etc.

You must have strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, this should be coupled with an ability to work effectively in a team and to tight deadlines. Candidates who have a natural curiosity and desire to learn will be successful in this role.

Ideally you will have previous experience providing excellent service to customers, this may or may not be in a software environment. You should additionally have a natural aptitude for developing strong working relationships both internally and externally.
