If you are creative and have good communication skills we would love to have you become part of our team as the Digital Marketing Manager. This position is full time and will allow you to learn about customer behaviors from print to video to blogging and social media. (part-time internships are welcome)

Job Requirement and Responsibilities:

• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
• Prepare emails to send out to customers
• Ensure brand message is consistent
• Plan offsite events and assign a team member to attend or yourself
• Coordinate search engine marketing efforts
• Takes photos of dealership inventory for use on the dealership website

Qualifications and Skills:

• Creativity with experience in identifying digital marketing
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Have an understanding of social media
• Understanding of videos and how to upload on websites
• Able to attend offsite events
• Influence behaviors and thoughts

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year of marketing experience (Preferred)
• A digital marketing degree (Preferred)
• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Maintain a growth mindset (the willingness to learn)

License:

Drivers License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 – $45,500.00 per year
