Senior Project Manager Lead MEP – £85k – £90k
Our client is delivering an unparalleled service and quality to their Clients within the Building Services, Facilities Maintenance & the Support services arena’s. Working across the Defence (Government and Private sectors), Education, Local & Central Government, Civil Service, Public and Private sectors, offering quality services in Mechanical and Electrical engineering solutions throughout the UK.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager strong on pre-construction, design management and can run several concurrent projects as the overall Senior Project Lead. Current predicted project spend is expected to exceed £6m p/a. This role will be pivotal in the steering and delivery of these projects alongside a solid client relationship.
Project management responsibilities include the ownership, coordination, and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Develop, monitor, and control strategic construction programming, As Lead Senior Project Manager you will possess significant experience in bid management, pre-construction and design management is required. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
At present there are up to 8 – 10 projects running concurrently whereby you will lead the delivery as well as managing the team from inception of each project to delivery. The current team consists of 4 Project Managers, a QS, 2 Admin support, and multiple Project Supervisors, delivering Mechanical & Electrical solutions for their clients across this Portfolio in the Southampton & M3 Corridor regions.
Experience managing commercial projects in a Commercial environment and be well versed in managing multiple projects ranging in Value from £3m – £8m
You will also have a track record of development of M&E Projects together with demonstrable knowledge of the construction and FM industry in the UK including knowledge of procurement, supplier and contract management and hands on experience of different types of project works.

Degree Qualified in an Engineering Discipline
