Trevello Travel Group is Looking for Airline Ticketing Specialist Full Time

Trevello Travel Group (formerly known as Travel Professionals International) has an excellent opportunity for an experienced agent in Canada!

This role is full time hours daytime shifts with occasional evenings and Saturdays required. The position can be based from head office in Winnipeg, MB or done remotely from other provinces, provided the candidate has the suitable experience and skillsets.

Our culture is very important, to support independent travel advisors with their invoicing and ticketing needs. You will have to be very organized to handle high volumes of ticketing, and a focus to customer service to answer questions as they arise – in regards to domestic and international itineraries. You must also be familiar with reading and understanding airline contracts, and confidence in decision making to minimize any debit memos to the agency.

You will be joining a team of other experienced airline ticketing specialists and training is provided. This department is part of a large support network with Trevello, with advisors located across Canada.

Minimum 5 years experience with Sabre GDS air bookings and ticketing is required. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Sabre “blue screen”, or “native Sabre” with understanding of the Sabre command, versus using a script.

Overall confidence with Microsoft Office programs, and Windows computers is also very important in today’s travel industry.
