Trend Micro is looking for an HR Admin to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description: To take ownership and execute a vast range of HR Operations support to the wider ANZ business. A role where you will have access to many opportunities to learn and no two days are the same.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager – ANZ this role is key to providing HR support and timely execute end to end employee life cycle processes. This includes keeping up to date and accurate records in the HRIS i.e. Workday and other systems, resolving employee queries timely, supporting the team in effective Onboarding & induction, coordinating projects, help with roll out and utilisation of benefit programs and work health & safety initiatives in accordance with the legislation. The role also involves assisting & implementing innovative HR projects and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for any HR related queries and respond effectively to support employees.

Accurately maintain employment records in HR System and Employee Files to ensure regular and compliant record keeping.

End to end and timely execution of employee and contract staff life cycle process like

recruitment, onboarding, transfers, visa application and renewals, verification, termination etc.

Ensure all invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner.

Assisting with HR project deliverables, employee benefits program, Sharepoint updates, annual wellness program and Workplace Health and Safety to ensure they are effective and to the need of our employees.

Requirement : Ideally you will be an HR graduate OR some one with atleast 1 year of work experience in HR. You are eager to learn and are focussed on creating an impact. You must have good attention to detail and strong written ability. In addition, we require a good work ethic and positive team attitude. You are able to manage multiple priorities
