This full-time position will allow you to be an integral part of the office team and responsible for cradle to grave tasks as they relate to the everyday business of a distribution company.
In this 5-day work week position, you will assist the president in the daily functions of the company. You already possess a strong level of experience:
* Working with major retailers having experience with on-boarding and uploading skus onto their platforms. * Working with EDI and handling incoming orders.
* Preparing sales reports, inventory control and scheduling.
* Power Point skills in preparing sales presentations.
* Strong English communication skills both verbal and written. (French language is an asset.)
* Strong multitasking, organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to effectively and efficiently self-prioritize assignments.
Your tasks would include:
* Serving as a liaison between customers and sales executives.
* Being involved with incoming customer’s orders and purchasing of inventory from suppliers * Preparing and maintaining data files for the smooth running of the company.
Requirements / Qualifications Must include:
– Fully Experienced working with major Retailers electronic templates / forms for SKU onboarding and uploading needs. / UPC codes etc. – Experienced with EDI. – Must possess a high level of proficiency using Excel; PowerPoint; (Knowledge of QuickBook an asset.)
Salary is commensurate with your level of expertise and experience!
