We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and creative, that has initiative and can execute projects autonomously.
Working directly with the Operations manager the main responsibilities will be to give administrative assistance with all tasks related with Maintenance services and Housekeeping. The candidate will develop the following tasks:
· Coordinate phone and email communications with suppliers and the rest of the team.
· Owner relations: assist with communication with owners.
· Invoicing and all related administrative tasks.
· Assist with interior design shopping and purchases.
· Review and purchase kitchen and linen inventory.
Skills Required:
· Experience in administration and operations is required (maintenance and/or housekeeping management)
· Experience in vacation rentals or hotel industry will be valued
· Interior design interest
· Excellent communication and writing
· Fluently bilingual (FR/EN)
· Ability to multitask efficiently and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
· Must have working knowledge or can quickly adapt to online software and word processing tools (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp)
· Minimum 3 years work experience
· Based in Mont-Tremblant or proximity.
