Treehouse Learning Center Hiring for Preschool Teacher at Brunswick, OH Full Time

Treehouse Learning Center is looking for passionate and dedicated teachers for a full-time or part-time teaching positions in our Preschool classroom.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Full or part time teacher who will provide guidance and a safe environment in the classroom. Able to implement program curriculum and assess children according to core standards. Be able to provide a quality experience to children and parents that follows the values of Treehouse Learning Center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Implements program curriculum within the established guidelines and in alignment with core standards.

· Plan and implement daily lessons/activity plans.

· Supervises the children and classroom according to ODJFS policies.

· Attends and participates in staff meetings, staff trainings and program activities.

· Maintains required records: attendance, name to face sheets and other program reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A CDA or higher is preferred but will work an experienced childcare teacher.

· Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma.

· CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse prevention and Communicable Disease trainings are preferred but can be obtained within the first 30 days of hire date.

· Previous experience working with children in an early childcare setting is preferred.

· Knowledge of state compliances and regulations are essential.

Applicants should be flexible with scheduling and able to perform essential functions in the classroom to provide safety and supervision of the children in their care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $17.00 per hour
