About the role

In this parental leave contract role you will partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the boarder marketing team of our Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) division to develop strategies & plans that deliver step change and growth initiatives for the Marketing team and improve ROI.

• Coach and develop a team to deliver strategic business partnering with their stakeholders, financial governance, and optimised processes
• Challenge the status quo and develop and drive the delivery of commercial solutions aligned to the strategic objectives of TPB.
• Provide subject matter expertise and program management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed critical to the business success
• Develop and drive excellence by developing strong capabilities in A&P management and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain clear internal monitoring processes to optimise investment and build a strong continuous improvement process & culture

About you

We are looking for an individual who brings exceptional commercial accounting skills along with superb stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Our ideal candidate will have deep experience partnering marketing stakeholders ideally within a consumer goods or retail environment.

• CA/CPA qualification essential.
• Preference for experience with clients in FMCG, retail or other consumer related industries
• Sound understanding of Marketing Finance (A&P Effectiveness, A&P ROI) coupled with strong commercial acumen.
• Superb stakeholder management skills – able to build relationships and influence with a broad and global stakeholder group
• Confident in delivering in a matrixed structure with shifting priorities
