Software Implementation Manager (Remote)

Assist clients in financial software setup, training, use and troubleshooting (full training will be provided) in a flexible, family-friendly work environment.

Opportunity

Treasury Software is looking for a mid-career professional who enjoys working with software and helping clients.

This is an excellent cross-over opportunity for an accountant, computer specialist or other professional who would like to be part of a software development company.

Duties

• Primarily work with our electronic payment (ACH) software, as well as our anti-fraud (Positive Pay) software and Bank Reconciliation product line (Bank Rec).
• Client support – Assist clients in software setup, training, licensing, use and troubleshooting (full training will be provided).
• Development support – Assist in documenting new features and testing new software features for usability.
• Sales support – Provide online demonstrations of software to potential clients.

Requirements
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Computer Sciences a plus)
Basic working knowledge of accounting packages (QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online a big plus)
Strong general computer skills (SQL a plus)

This is a Full-Time, 40 hour/week salaried position.
